A limited overflow room block has been arranged at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs for Nov 9-10. The hotel has a courtesy shuttle for all hotel guests to use on a first-come basis; it will take guests to The Harpeth if/as available.

The Harpeth, a boutique hotel in Historic Franklin, will be our conference headquarters.
WII arranged a very limited block of rooms at a discounted group rate. That block has completely sold out, and the hotel has only a few rooms remaining.
NOTE: Rates are only guaranteed for Nov 9-10. If guests wish to arrive earlier or extend their stay, the hotel will try to honor the same rate, but it is not guaranteed. Guests must first make their reservation using the custom link the hotel provide you for the date/s contracted. Once they have their confirmation number, they may call the Sales Coordinator at 615-550-1650 with the confirmation number, to adjust their arrival or departure date. Please note the link will not work properly by providing the group rate, if you attempt to make a reservation outside of the dates contracted.
